| The value of a good pair of boots |
| A good pair of boots is essential if you are spending your time traveling by foot. Many soldiers feel that it is one of, if not the, most important piece of equipment a person can have. Good boots can keep your feet in travelling condition, and keep them insulated and dry. Heavy soles are useful if traversing rugged terrain.
